Why Work with CCS Global Tech?

There has never been a better time to start working in tech — and you don’t have to take our word for it. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that over the next decade, employment opportunities in the tech industry will see explosive growth.

Exciting career opportunities, high job security, and rising salaries will accompany this growth in demand for qualified tech professionals. Sectors such as AI, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud services are already ramping up demand for technologists and support staff. CCS Global Tech works with a wide diversity of clients in need of specialized tech talent, ranging from large consumer-focused companies (Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) to state and county governments across the United States.

As a SkillBridge program participant, you will gain a firsthand understanding of the tech industry’s inner workings. Working directly with our staffing and/or training teams, you will learn what employers are looking for and how people acquire those niche skills. At the end of the program, you will have a unique competitive advantage over other candidates in landing any tech-related role you decide to pursue in the future.

"SkillBridge gave me the opportunity to join a company without the stress of trying to fight for an interview. By coming in as an intern, a focus on training in project management was necessary; it was a moment for me to demonstrate what couldn't be reflected in my resume."
