Instructor Led Training

In Helm Learning Academy, the training mode is In-class instructor led training. The critical aspect of attending classroom sessions is networking and building personal relationships with the instructor or the fellow attendees. Classroom learning holds the most significant benefit of adding a “human touch” to each learning that you do.

Project Scenarios:

Project Scenario-based learning enables students to learn deeply and develop core employability skills through participating in domain knowledge and experiences. It has benefits for students, education institutions and industry. It allows deeper engagement and interaction with learning content and encouragement of higher order thinking and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills Training

As new graduates find themselves at innovative and high-tech workplaces, in addition to technical skills, soft skills which include the ability to think critically, communicate and collaborate effectively, and lead in different situations are highly sought-after by employers. In Helm Learning Academy, apart from technical sessions, we also focus on soft skills training in order to help you develop the competency required in an international workplace.

Assignments

When our students gain knowledge in class for theoretical concepts, we provide them practical assignments on those topics, so they can spend time understanding and completing their work. This makes them proficient with handling those queries and brushing them off with ease. It becomes quite simpler for them to apply those concepts in real-world situations as well. This helps them in being ready with the solutions to every problem that they encounter in the future.

Mock Interview

A mock interview, also called a practice interview, is a kind of simulation of an actual job interview. The mock interview provides practice for you as a job seeker before having a real-world job interview. Also, it creates an opportunity for you to get feedback about their interviewing skills. In Helm Learning Academy, we have a regular cycle of mock interviews after every two weeks, so that it helps you prepare better on technical topics, as well as boosting your confidence and refining your communication skills.

Quiz

Pre-Assessment quizzes can help students revise without even realizing they are doing it. A quiz is a good way for a student to identify and take ownership of their knowledge gaps. It’s also a great way to help them to plug the gaps to boost their confidence when it comes to formal testing. Not only are quizzes fun for students, they are also a sneaky form of learning as they don’t feel like a traditional activity. Quizzes can help students practice existing knowledge while stimulating interest in learning about new subject matter.
