In the unlikely event that CCS needs to cancel a class because the class date has not met minimum enrollment (determined 2-3 weeks prior) or postpone a class due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified as quickly as possible. In such instances, the student may choose to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge or cancel with a refund if any money is on account for that specific registration.
If requested 10 business days before the class:
Student cancellation or reschedule requests received 10 business days or more before the class starts will be processed promptly.
If requested less than 10 business days before the class
In the event of a cancellation or reschedule request made by the student less than 10 business days before the class starts, the student will be charged 100% of the course fee and no refunds will be provided. However, the student shall receive a class credit that can be used to register for that same course offering in the future on any class date(s) available within the next 6 months.© 2025 CCS Learning Academy.
